A/C Prep Option - 30' RLSS Minnie Plus

We bought a new 30 RLSS Minnie Plus travel trailer. It has the optional a/c prep package. We are considering adding a Maxxair fan in the bedroom vent hole. The Maxair fan runs on 12 volts. I know the a/c runs on 115 vac. Will there be 12 CFC at the vent location?

Thanks in advance.

Dave
