5th wheel a/c help

On our first trip with our new-to-us 2019 Minnie Plus 27RLTS, we found that the a/c in the main living area is not blowing cold. This one is controlled by the same control that fires up the furnace. Other than MFG/SERIAL/PROD/SKU numbers, but no model number, probably the most identifying number is the BTUs: 15,000.

We should be home in a few days. Before I bring it somewhere to be diagnosed, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help zero in on the problem.

TIA,
phil

If you take the plastic cover off the unit on the roof (4-screws easy) you'll find a sticker with the exact model number. There are a lot of nuances in each model, btu, heat pump, condensate pump, low profile, super-low profile, and so on.

They carry a two-year warranty, and I don't know if they are transferable to a 2nd owner.

You can test the start up condenser but be sure you know what you're doing with a multi-meter and know what the readings are supposed to be. Find an authorized dealer - it doesn't have to be a Winnebago dealer. In fact, it's probably better if it's not a selling RV dealership.

Thanks, creativepart. I guess knowing what the readings should be, where to get them, and exactly where to measure it is what is referred to as the devil is in the details.
