45000 Coleman Mach Air Conditioner blowing hot air

Hi! We got a Intent 30R in mid March.

The back AC unit has never worked. It blows hot air. It was cold when we got it and thought it might be warmer than the front but now its hot outside and its clear that not only does it not blow cool air, it gets warmer as you leave it on.

Is there anything we should check before going through the tedious warranty process?
