2021 Hike Dometic A/C Not Cooling - Short Cycling

Hi all. We have a 2021 Hike 170S and purchased it when the A/C wasn't needed. About to go out next weekend and testing the A/C beforehand and it won't cool very well. The compressor kicks on at startup for 1-2 minutes and then shuts off for 4-5 minutes before coming back on. The compressor gets super hot during that 1-2 minutes. Ideas? I will check the posts with a voltmeter tomorrow, but all the connections are tight and I can't see anything glaringly wrong. Hoping someone has been through this same issue and can tell me what it could be. Very annoying to have this issue so soon and taking it to the dealer is a one hour drive each way. Thanks.

Possibilities included low power, blocked air flow (intake filter, dirty fins on coils) or bad compressor. Not likely it's the capacitor because the compressor kicks in. Are you on a 30A circuit? Unless you have an EasyStart system, you need 30A power. Is your intake filter clean? It can be hand-washed. Are the coils clean? do wash them. Use a stiff brush (the brush cap that comes on carpet cleaner works very well) or vacuum. What posts are you checking with the multimeter?
