2019 Micro Minnie 2108 Ds heater

Just tried using our furnace for the first time and while the heat was On, we were getting cool air coming out through the air conditioning ports and air conditioner sounds like it’s on. Does not seem right to us. Any feedback?

We have the same problem with our 2020 RL2500.
It makes it noisy, cold and inefficient. It seems
Like we aren't using the thermostat correctly. The Dometic users manual
Didn't help much. I had mine set on heater "high".
I didn't see an "auto" option. Did you find a solution yet?

Heater

Yes- go to you tube and type in Dometic rv furnace and there’s an excellent description about how to use and set the thermostat by darian pelliccioti. For heat you should set the fan on auto fan to prevent the air conditioner fan from turning on when in the heat setting.

For the air conditioner, run in auto during the day and in evening use fan on high or low
