2003 Winnebago brave 32 ft

I need to replace my Atwood water heater and possibly fan in my front coach heater..it’s, does the water heater come out with enough room or disconnect hoses and motor aid hoses or is there a access somewhere to disconnect..looked and have not seen any access...also the Atwood is now replaced with a newer model which requires a 2 switch installed...is that easy to install? Thks for any help
