10 CD player

My 2002 Itasca Horizon has a remote 10 CD player and a control/selector on the dash panel. Niether item seems to.have power. I don't know where or how to power it on.
Any suggestions?

Not nice to think this but when things don't go off like this, it is pretty certain to be an internal failure. If they don't go ON, we can look at all kind of other potential but when on, we know the feed from outside the item is good. About the first thought is a bad switch but there are lots of other small things in electronics that may change that answer but they do require pulling the cover and searching really deep.

Cancel this post as it seems to have gone to a totally different place than intended!
I thought the post I answered was about a unit which was on but would not turn off, so totally wrong when the situation is that the unit is OFF and will not come on!!!
