What do these water valves do? (First time camper)

Hi there,
I’ve got a 2021 Minnie Micro 1800BH and am brand new to camper life (or is it trailer life? )
I went to turn on the water for the first time at the sink, and nothing happened. I turned on the pump (that much I figured out), then looked under the sink and found these hoses and valves, and water came on with a bit of a struggle with both open, and flowed more easily with just one open. I’d be grateful if someone could explain what these each control and how to properly use them! Google wasn’t much help.

Also, does anyone know why there’s a lone electrical outlet under there?

Thanks so much!

Your first and second photos show the valves on the pump suction. The white hose (right) goes to the fresh water tank. The black hose (left) is used for sucking antifreeze into the system for winterization. In normal operation, white should be open and black should be closed. If black is open you'll suck air into the pump. When winterizing it is the reverse.

The two in the third photo are for bypassing the water heater when winterizing the unit (antifreeze flows through white hose between the valves and into the hot water piping, rather than filling the water heater).

The electrical outlet might be for powering the water heater on AC. I'm pretty sure I have something plugged in there (I'll try to remember to look when I go check the trailer on Wednesday).

I just reviewed some photos I took a while back. It definitely looks like my water heater is plugged into that electrical outlet.

Enjoy the new trailer.

Awesome thank you so much. Now to figure out where the heck a plug is for the water heater! I had no idea that could run off of electricity vs propane.

Makes total sense about winterizing and I’m glad you mentioned the way to bypass the water heater. Really helpful thank you again. Dealers should really just add a business card for Winnieowners.com in the welcome packet!
