Would think you'd be looking for a fuse not a breaker. Most DC circuits are protected by fuses.

We have a 2015 Itasca Sunova 30A and our 12 volt house breakers are located behind 2 cabinet doors in the bedroom under the window on the drivers side along with the 110 volt breaker panel. And yes they are pop out breakers not fuses. Good luck... Hope this helps

I have checked that panel and the one by the driver's seat and none were labeled pump and all of them were ok. there is also one outside above the lp tank too. maybe it has an inline fuse somewhere but I can't find one and none of the fuses are labeled pump.

I have pop out breakers, but there also is an in-line fuse at the pump.

mike25, Your 12VDC breaker panel is in the bedroom across from the bed and the breaker feeding the water pump is labeled Monitor/TV.
Check the connections at the water pump controller.
Check to make sure none of the water pump switches are stuck on, the water pump controller is looking for a 12vdc pulse from the switch circuit to switch the pump off and on.
Does the green light in the switch come on?

Experienced your same problem last week. Fuse was good so Newmar Tech.(Brooks) did troubleshooting and determined it to be failed Water Pump Controller(Latch Controller). You must go through a testing routine to determine if it's a failed Controller or the pump. My controller was mounted in water bay on wall next to and above water pump. Yours should be close to water pump.
Attached is a controller or water pump test procedure.

As far as I know Winnebago doesn't use a Water Pump Controller. Be sure to check the inline fuse at the pump itself.
OnEdit: Per tderonne posting below, looks like they've started using them in recent years.

mike25, here is the link to the trouble shooting guide for the controller used on your motorhome.

Winnebago started using water pump controllers in the last few years on some models.
It's shown in detail AB in the 2012 Sighseer 30A 12v wiring installation drawing. The 12 volt wiring diagram is missing though, so it's tough to track what fuses or circuit breakers could be the problem. There's some information there, couple circuit names, but not much more.
I'd try Winnebago again. Ask them for the 12 volt wiring diagram that's missing from the website.

mike25, I made an error in my earlier post the pump controller used in our motorhomes is looking for a monetary ground pulse not a 12VDC pulse to turn the pump on and off.
