Water pump & City Water inlet Problem

HI, I'm new to RVing and new to this site. I have a 2022 Minnie Winnie 2108 DS model. When I fill the fresh water tank and turn on the pump, it pushes water out the city water inlet. I can't find a bypass to isolate the two systems. Am I missing something or do I have a plumbing problem?

The city inlet has a check valve, if its damaged or out of place it will let water from the pump push out the inlet. Here's a video that should help.
