Water heater bypass valve?

Good afternoon, I recently purchased a 2008 Access 31c class c motorhome and I'm struggling to determine which valve in the galley bypasses the heater. Any help would be helpful. Thanks, Rick.

There might be a illustration in the owners manual ? Or possible labeling on or around the valve ?

Thanks Bug. The pictures in the manual are pretty generic and do not look the same as the plumbing in my coach. The previous owner marked one valve open with a arrow but it is not on a tee as shown in the manual. Thanks Rick.

PAVIN, I believe this is the one, the others are drain valves. Here is the link to your plumbing drawings.

In my 31 it is behind the panel under the refer. All but impossible to see or get to without taking the four screw panel off or the drawer next to the panel out.

There is a table on page 7-13 (67 of the pdf) of the 2008 Access Operator Manual which describes the location of each of the water system drain valves, etc. for the 31C.
