Water heater and lp gas system removal

I'm currently renovating my 94 32' chieftain, and I'm not sure of the best way to tackle removing my stock water heater as well as the entire lp gas system.

Apparently the shower wasn't installed properly or lost it's waterproofing abilities over the years. As a result a mold problem took hold and did some damage to portions of the flooring, wall, and basically everything that was under or in the bedroom.

I have solutions for replacing or fixing everything that is damaged, but I have no experience working with propane systems or propane powered appliances. My main issue with the water heater is disconnecting it without dumping antifreeze all over the bedroom floor then removing those pipes as well. It looks to me like they run all the way to the motor up front. Is this system connected to the main engine radiator system? And can I remove it or close it off without causing engine issues?

I also have no idea where to start with the removal of the lp system. I don't need to remove the entire system, but I do want to take out the tank. Eventually I'll replace it with a new energy storage system, but that is an issue for later. Right now I just want to get everything I don't need out.

If you made it this far, thanks for reading. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jim

I replaced my hot water heater went to tankless hot water heater. I had the same lines going up to the engine. I cut the lines off the water heater and connected them with heater hose.
