Spring broke on our Sealant Traveler. Got replacement part from an rv dealer wherever we were at the time.

Pull it and look. No matter what you're going to need to unbolt it and turn it over to fix.

RIVRATON is probably correct about the spring

Toilet problem solved

Toilet problem solved. Called Thetford this morning and they were extremely helpful. We were able to reposition the spring without removing the toilet, which made us both breathe a sigh of relief. Then we located a new spring at a nearby RV supply shop, only cost $5.95, not a bad back up to have on hand. If you're ever stuck in the greater Palm Springs area, we had excellent luck with parts at Benlo RV supply and Indio They don't price gouge and even have some used parts. We were able to replace the glass shelves in our refrigerator at half price because the old ones shattered. They have them available to carry away immediately Today we also replaced the storage bins which had cracked

Wow, you're lucky. But it's not a big deal to pull the bowl. Dumping 1st might be a good thing tho

Its not a big deal to rebuild your toilet and all parts and seals are readily available on the internet or through an RV dealer. I completely rebuilt ours in about 2 hours and it works great with no leaks.
