Toilet flush lever '11 Journey

Rich G here. New to forum. I have 2011 Journey and tilt flush lever does not return to shut off water. Must manually lift to turn off. Any help is appreciated.

I would try some Wd40 Silicone spray Do not use Regular WD40 as dirt will stick to it.
