If you can see where the LP tank is filled, the shut-off valve is right next to the fill connection.

You have an emergency shut off switch for the LP tank??? That's new to me. Our '05 Suncruiser doesn't have one.

OBTW - Just remembered - if the wire from the tank sender unit to the OnePlace panel LP level indicator is broken or disconnected the tank may read full or 2/3rds full.

turn your LP detector off then back on and see if you hear the valve open. or maybe the detector got turned off by mistake.

The emergency switch should be in the "on" position. In the "off" position it stops the flow of propane.

Aux. battery switch (house battery) needs to be on. Valve on tank needs to be open. LP things need 12v to light.

Great news....know what it means to have stuff working finally. 12v helps.

About the time difference, nope I am not up at 3 A.M., but the servers have different time clocks, maybe east std time. I am in San Diego, Pacific Time.

Happy Camping!
