Shower faucet leaking down wall in 2017 Navion

There is water leaking down the wall of the shower from the single-lever faucet whenever there is water pressure. I was told to remove the faucet handle and look for construction debris, but while there is a hole in the handle, there is no set screw. Does anyone know the secret to removing the faucet handle? Many thanks...
