The one I found at Amazon shows it comes with the following:
Quote:
V RV
2 x Nuts, Flange Seal, 2 x Bolts, 2 x Bolts Covers, Aqua-MagicToilet - High Profile
I think the bolts are for the toilet seat and the bolts are for mounting to the existing bolts in the floor.

got the aqua magic mark V. It extends 1 1\2 inches further back than the mark four. ( low profile) . the toilet sits on a riser and behind and on top of the riser that is a carpeted curb or smaller riser that runs to the shower and to the bedroom wall. the shower sits out from the wall the same distance the curd CURB sits out. after boring a large hole for further inspection i found the small curb was a corridor for heating duct to the bedroom. yup there is (obviously) the toilet plumbing in that box. so, the plan is to cut out carpet and curb enough for the toilet to set in. then re route the duct up over and back down , putting duct in pvc and insulating the out side if the pvc. yuk. beware of the phrases: " quick disconnect fuel lines" and " replaces discontinued model". Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Update: upon closer inspection of the curb, I found 4 brackets that attached it to the wall and riser. the screws in the bracket were so rusted I could not remove them. so i got out my trusty 16 inch roofers prybar and removed the riser. the heating duct is exposed. It has two small holes in it( the bathroom now has a heat). I am not going to reroute the duct. aside from standing on my head and wiggling my feet in the air, it was pretty easy to install new toilet. no leaks. removed and reinstalled water filter under galley sinks thus eliminating a leak problem there. now, on to the next adventure .
