No Hot Water 2013 Meridian 42E

Hey All. I hope you can help. We have a 2013 Winnebago Itasca Meridian 42E that we had winterized. When the same place de-winterized the coach we now have no hot water. The water heater is working fine. When I test the pop-off valve the water is very hot. I have tried the bypass valve located in the back bathroom in a compartment next to the shower to no avail. Is there another bypass valve that I cannot see? The service company I used to winterize said its not their problem (won't be using them again). Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are most timers (not full time but should be) and we are getting ready to move back in. My wife was in an accident in April that resulted in the amputation of her right leg so we have a lot of re-learning and possible modifications to make. I need to resolve this quickly. thanks again!

Check the Water Heater Bypass Valve. It's located in the opening above your Propane tank, where the water pump resides. It's in one of your outside compartments. If you don't know where your Propane tank is located it's in the only outside compartment without a lock on the door's handle.

This is all covered in your Operator's Manual, in the Plumbing section #7, section 7-18.
