Leaking fresh water tank

I have a 2003 Minnie Winnie 29' (Model #329B) with a fresh water leak.

The fresh water tank is leaking but I can't tell from where. It drips from the tank itself onto the ground under the coach. When I crawl underneath, it seems to be coming from above the tank, drips down the tank then onto the ground.

There are no leaks in the vicinity of the water pump, tank drain valve, pvc pipes, or clear vinyl tubing all of which is relatively easy to access. This is the most likely place for a leak, but I can't see one.

So it's almost as if the tank itself is leaking but I find that really unlikely. So what's left? Maybe an overflow or vent on the top of the tank (which I cannot access)?

I noticed that there are really two tanks. The large one is below the floor and there is also a small one under the dinette seat which appears to feed into the big one. Not sure why that is. I guess it was just done to increase the overall capacity. Wondering if the connection between the two tanks could be the problem.

Could the one under the floor be the gray water tank and the one under the dinette be the fresh water tank?

I went to the Winnebago product brochures: https://winnebagoind.com/product-res...ct-information and it looks like both the Minne Winne and the Minne both have fresh water tanks in the 35-40 gallon range which is about the size to fit under the dinette seat.

However I couldn't find a brochure for a Minne Winne (Model #329B) on the website above.
