Leak under trailer

We bought a 2020 Mini plus 30RLSS.Last week we took it for a short 4 day camping trip. I found that after 2 days hooked to city water it had a leak around wires coming through the base. It stopped leaking after I changed to tank.
I have it a the dealer we got it from for repair. he messaged me yesterday that they pressurized the city water and found no leak. I told him it did not start for 2 days and I assumed it had to soak up the insulation before the leak would be visible. I took a video of the leak and showed it to him. He says he has to see it leak before they will let down the insulation and fix the leak.
Anyone know what type of insulation is used ? My fear is that without letting down the insolation to dry it will get moldy.
What should my next step be?

Hate when they say that and it never fails when you take it to a repair shop. I have and would take it to a park near the dealer and use it till it leaked and then call them to see it leak. Have done this in the past and that is the only way I could get it fixed by them. I agree with a mole problem so would do this asap. What was the water preasure at the park you were at? If they had high preasure it could have caused a leak I always put a pressure reducer inline just to make sure of not having high pressure.

Thanks for the reply and I may have to do exactly that. And yes I also always use a pressure regulator anytime I’m at a park

We had a leak that originated with the water valve fixture in the shower. It only leaked when actually taking a shower. Any chance of something like that? Any fixtures that you only used when connected to city water?

That sound possible. Winnebago has authorized the dealer to drop the belly of the trailer to find fix and dry out. I think they are supposed to start today. If I had not shot a video of it leaking nothing would have been done.
Thanks for you input Ill pass it along to the dealer.
