H2O pump is running, no water flow

I am systems checking my new 2018 Micro Minnie trailer model 1808 FBS.
Hooked up to city water just fine, good flow in all faucets and shower.
Un hooked from city water, filled the fresh water holding tank.
Turned on the 12 V electric pump, I can hear the motor running.
Open a kitchen faucet, all I get is hissing air and a small amount of spitting water, no flow. Sounds like the pump may be cavitating.

Any suggestions?

I'm a real newbi to this world, so may be missing something obvious.

If the fill valve is in the fill position it connects the cold water line to the the fill port on the fresh water tank so that the pump is pumping water out of the bottom of the tank and putting it right back into the tank thru the fill port. You need to move the fill valve back out of the fill position and see if that fixes your issue.

My problem is I can't find a fill valve to position. Somehow I have missed where that would be located.

Mine stops pumping once in a while due to air in it. Just slightly loosen the out put side while it is running to let the air escape. Might want to have a towel handy for when it starts pumping water again.

at the document below, look on page 7-1. Does that look like your trailer's water connection?
