Frozen water damage to plumbing system

My 22 2100 BH was winterized by a local dealer in September 2023. A few weeks ago I was dewinterizing the camper when I found the fresh water tank drain was closed. When I opened the drain a lot of water came out. Of course I panic thinking that major damage was done as the water had been in the tank all winter as it gets very cold here in Nebraska. I refilled the tank but the water pump would barely pump water to the shower and toilet; to the kitchen the water pressure was okay. Also, the low point drain was leaking. In addition to these plumbing problems; the slide does not work. Why the dealer did not drain the fresh water tank when they dewinterized the camper is beyond me. It seems to me they are responsible for covering any repair costs. What do you all think?

I never like to guess on legal stuff but there might first be the big question what damage there might be! so far what you have described does not sound like freeze damage so one would have to get more facts lined up to start.
Where did the water go when you turned on the pump? did it come out somewhere or just not get tot he points mentioned?
When you mention the low point drain leaked, what does that mean? Is it broken or just leaking like a drip?
More info will be needed before guessing it being freeze damage!

The dealer has yet to examine the camper for damage. When I turn on the water pump there is strong flow from the kitchen facet; but hardly any water comes from the shower head or into the toilet; like there is something blocking the flow. I cannot open the slide so there is room to access under the kitchen cabinet where the water heater and lines are located. After the winterization was done; I went straight to where I store the camper and parked it for the winter. I never checked to see if the fresh water tank had been drained. The slide was working fine when the winterization was done. The low point drain is inside the camper; not outside. To check it a panel has to be removed and I have not done that.

Ultimately when you accepted the RV after winterization you approved the work performed; the same thing for the de-winterization work when you towed it away from their shop.

Have you flipped the hot water tank By-pass over? If it’s in winterized mode your water pressures will be strange.
