Fresh water tank drain size

2002 Minnie 331C, when I drain and flush fresh water tank drain hose is directly over chassis frame. What size is the I'D of the drain hose and is there any removable adapter that could be used?

On our Minnie 22R its a 1/2 PEX line. Takes forever to drain the tank. I don't know what they thinking beside saving $$$ when they designed that. On our Excel 5th wheeler the drain is a 1 1/2" pipe and it dumps 62 gallons fast and not onto anything else.

If you want removable and it is where you can work it, I might suggest an oversized hose or tube that is long enough to go to the ground. Just slip it over the existing to lead the water to the ground or wherever wanted and pull it off when done. Doesn't need to be sealed, most likely?
That lets you avoid any adapter and much thinking on what size! Size of a finger? Just get one two fingers wide. I might note that I'm not big on exact????

If you are concerned about it draining onto the frame, that should not be a problem unless you are trying to catch the water.

It's probably still 1/2 inch.

If your 2 goals are faster draining and better location, you could consider cutting a tee with a valve into the discharge side of the pump, and then directing it wherever you please.

Or, run the pump through a sink or shower faucet into a holding tank and drain it from there.

Thanks for your reply. You're correct I'd like to put some sort of valve and extention tube to direct the flow. Will just have to crawl under and measure o.d.. 6
