fresh water fill forza 38w

just bought my 1st rv and trying to fill the fresh water tank.
want to know if there are any valves I need to open? looks simple enough to hook water line up but tank not filling?

Surely, the dealer showed you how to move the Water valve control from house to fill. Yes? Also, did you look in your Operator's Manual. That really should be the first place to look to see how to do things you're unclear about.

I looked at the PDF of your 2020 Forza 38F Operator's Manual and it's right there in the Plumbing section Section 7-1

Here's a screen shot. You simply turn the knob from "Normal" to "Tank Fill".
