Finding Under Sink Water Leak

I have a Winnebago 31 foot 2004 class C. I’ve had a very slow leak for a while as the water pump cycles on and off periodically but recently I have a major leak that presents itself in the area under the kitchen sink and flows out over the linoleum under the wood cabinet to the carpet. None of the water pipes are visible so I cannot see the leak and I wanted to know how can I access the water pipes under the sink area and find where it is leaking. I have a schematic of the water pipes but still the pipes are not visible at all.

Water leaks are a very hard item to pin down as to where the leak is coming from. From your explanation you can see the water running from the sink area to the carpet area. I believe the leak in not under the flooring as water will flow down not up as would be the case you are talking about.

You started about the water pump, is your leak happening only when using the pump or when hooked up to outside water? I would look at the water connections related to the faucet at the sink. Do you have any other plumbing near the sink. Ice maker line, shower, under sink water filter that kind of stuff. Look at the water heater connections, the bypass valves for leakage.

It would help others if you would also list the model of your unit as there are many class c's. That way we could go to the winnebago plumbing pages and get more info to help you.

Welcome to the forum, also it would help that in the signature block you provide as much info on your unit as possible.

Good Luck safe travels

I had a similar leak. It was under the sink cabinet, but above the floor. To access, there is a few screws on the floor of the sink cabinet. Pulling them out allowed me to remove the covering and access the plumbing lines. In General, Winnebago does a great job providing access to plumbing fittings. Best of luck on tracking it down and getting it fixed!

When all else fails, call the factory and ask.
