Extremely slow fresh water drain

2020 View 24D
Open three low drains and only one drains.
And since hose is so small it must take maybe an hour to drain a full water tank.

Am I missing something else to speed up emptying process?

Try turning on the water pump with all three drains open. That works for me when draining on unlevel ground.

I should add that I don’t think there is any problem doing this. I just know I haven’t see any issues with this practice.

It looks like you have a bit different layout on your RV as it IS a bit different than many!
Looking at the parts drawings here may help, even though it is hard to trace the exact layout of the tubes:
https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm

It looks from here as if you have three drains as mentioned and one is for the tank. However there are two more and they appear to be "low point" drains which help to clear items like the lines to the shower, etc.
There are also vents on the tank to allow air pressure/ vacuum in the tank to be relieved as you fill or drain the tank.

I might suggest two things to try to speed things along. One is that I would want to make sure the vent is clear and not restricted by something like spider webs/nests, etc. at the outer end of the vent tube.
I've marked the points where I would look in this snip?

A second idea might be to open places where air can get into the lines as a way to speed the draining on the low point drains. This can bethings like opening both hot and cold faucets at each place like the sinks and shower, as that lets air in to release the vaccumm as wtaer needs to go down and out?
Also it may be worthwhile to flip the small lever on the water heater high pressure safety to let air in there.

It does tank some time to clear through the small tubes but it should notbe an excessive time. Time I usually spend just clearing/ checking other things, likepropping the frig door open and adding the bakingsoda to keep it from getting mold/mildew smell-----or making sure I got all my personal stuff out!

See if any of that helps!

I noticed this in our 2021 24D.

Rather than running the water pump continuously, you might try turning faucets on and possibly opening the gravity fill door outside.

Though if your goal is just to replace the old water with new water, it may be better to be patient and let the water drain slowly than risk getting air added into the water lines.

After we pull our View from storage, I'll usually drain the fresh water and replace it with new water. And as long as I have time, I'll start draining the water when we get the View home - so there's plenty of time to let it drain - and then refill it while doing the rest of the travel prep.

Thanks for all suggestions. My previous 2015 View had a much larger dump valve for fresh tank. It would only take a few minutes.
