Electric furnace tries to kick in then stops

I have a Coleman Mach basement two ton in my 2004 Suncruiser. Recently the electric heat stopped working. You can hear the thermostat click an call for heat but as soon as the am meter starts to gain any at all it kicked out. Blowers work fine and kick off after a few moments. Is there a starter relay or capacitor that might could be bad? I am not familiar with this type RV system.

After reading the manual as I should have to begin with, I realize the temp is far too low for the heat pump to work. I am out of LPG so the furnace cannot kick in to achieve the desired temp. Sorry !
