Dometic Toilet Repair

Its an 300, 310 or 320 series. Not sure.

Is there a way to take the lever off? I don't see a set screw. Must be spring loaded.

I need to get this mushroom back on the shaft so I can get water flowing when I flush. The shaft is very stiff, but can push it down. Just not enough room to get the mushroom on.

Thanks...
