Do you have a 2000 Itasca Suncruser?

Under the rig, behind the water bay, I have a tube hanging down with a valve on it. When open it slobbers clear water sometimes but never at a steady rate. I cant get it to run water out. But if I set a tub under it in the cores of a day it will dump a gal or two. In five years I have not be able to detect what this tube is for??? And help please

So it's not a tub spout drain as discussed before? (The pipe headed down from the spout plumbing, with V-13 in it below.)
