I am repairing a 'no hot water w/electric' on my water heater. Read many (all?) the posts here and found great suggestions. Called Atwood twice today. Total of 2-1/4 hours on hold, finally got a gal who gave 'some help' but certainly short of what I expected. Could not/would not tell me what size socket (1-1/2 inch) that I needed to r/r the heating element. Pretty disappointed w/Atwood. This forum is so much better. Thanks everyone, you're the best !!
