2019 outlook hose storage

So I have a 2019 outlook and the sewer hose doesn’t fit in the bumper (it’ll fit in maybe 10 inches then the bolt that connects the bumper to the frame doesn’t let it go any further. I bought the velterra expandable tube but there’s no place to bolt it to the frame underneath. The bumper isn’t wide enough to be able to bold it there, the brackets are to wide (tube is bigger than the bumper) has anyone came up with a solution? I can make a something to mount on the bumper but was curious if anyone has any suggestions.
