2017 Winnebago Paseo - Greywater pump issue

Hi All,
Has anyone been in a situation where the greywater pump switch will not activate the motor? I have a 2017 Paseo with ~10000 miles and am not sure where to start with diagnosing this. The RV is actually in someone else's possession at the moment but this issue was described to me over the phone a few hours ago. I'll get my hands on the RV tomorrow afternoon. If the pump is bad, is there a way to drain the greywater tank without the pump? Apparently, the full greywater tank is causing the RV to stink pretty bad.
Thanks in advance
