Question 03 Sunrise 36M Shower Woes

Hello all,

In our 2003 Sunrise shower, there are signs of several unsuccessful attempts to mount a holder for the shower head (screws, and double-sided tape leftovers). We also find the dangling shower head rather nasty and we would like to replace it. We know that we should be looking for a low-flow replacement, and there are too many options online to get a good feel for how they actually perform (lots of marketing hype).

We basically need two things, the ability to take a quick "sea" shower, and the ability to mount the shower head on the wall of the shower stall (without sticky tape). We don't need or expect a massaging unit with bells and whistles.

Does anyone have a specific model you "upgraded" to which you recommend from experience?

Lastly, how the heck do you get double-sided sticky tape off the fiberglass shower enclosure.
