I purchase my RV two years ago and these 4 items were in my cargo hold and I have no idea what they are. Please help! Thanks.

Looks to be a spring loaded device to keep items from shifting around in the cargo bay? Sort of like the ones many of us use in our refrigerators, of corse the refrigerator ones are much smaller and not as robust. Just a guess...

It is interesting to note though, that only one end has what looks to be a plastic “C” cup, while the other does not. Does it have a specific place in the storage bay where it lines up with a bracket?
I’m pondering this, because I’ve never seen one, but somehow, it looks oddly familiar, if that makes any sense. Perhaps, it doesn’t even belong in the RV?

No specific spot in the storage bay. It may not be part of the RV but really not sure.

I'm not sure what you have a TT, 5er, etc.. but I've seen similar supports that are used to keep TTs and 5ers from rocking. Not exactly sure what they call it maybe something belonging to a kit like a strongarm stabilizers. Sometimes for entire units, other times something for slides. Did u check under the rig to see if there's anyplace to hook them onto? Is there a part number in them you might be able to Google it to find out. I might be furthest from the truth but thats my opinion what they could be. Thanks

I have a 2002 Ultimate Advantage and have these same devices. I was told they are stabilizers for the main awning to help support it during windy conditions. However, I have never tried them out.

Is it possible, they are safety locks for the slide-outs? Braces to keep them from sliding out?
I have never seen any, but have read about them.

Yes they do look similar to awning support poles to help keep them from sagging. It depends though on how long they are when fully extended.

Awning supports. They’re a discontinued Carefree part. Top end with plastic piece sits just under the joint in the upper arm; lower end then goes in slot in lower arm and slides down to the joint. Keeps the arms from trying to fold up if a wind gust comes along. Our patio awning takes two of those.
