I plan to install a TRU Center if the rain stops and it warms up enough. If not today I will do it after golf tomorrow, 69 and sunny.

Replacing shower valve and kitchen faucet. Tired of leaks and uncontrollable hot and cold.

Nothing as glamorous as most of the previous posts. January (in South Florida) is annual maintenance month. Done so far:
1. engine oil + filter
2. engine air filter
3. both fuel filters
4. grease chassis (way too many Zerk's)
5. generator oil +filter
6. cleaned and 303ed the roof
7. cleaned and coated the rubber hose going from the main propane tank to the fixed pipe
8. added the engine coolant Final Charge Extender (3 more years of life)
9. cleaned and coated the wheels and tires

Next will be:
1. wax the coach
2. lube the bat wing off air antenna gears
3. clean the roof HVAC condensers
4. the interior gets cleaned and cleaned and cleaned some more

Some items I do every other year:
1. air dryer
2. water heater anode rod

Glad I'm not staying near Gary, I would probably be sweating and tired just from watching,

Seriously, I have 5 gallon of oil and new oil and tranny filters sitting on the work bench. Already did the fuel filters.

Replaced the two starting batteries (1000 CCA each) last week.
Replaced the four house batteries (Interstate U-2200's) this weekend.

I guess after 9½ years it's time.

Hey Mr. D, you have to actually use them for them to wear out.

Today I changed the oil and filter, greesed and inspected the chassis, oiled the steps and --- took a nap.
And just so I don't get too far ahead, I broke a lens on my tow dolly then removed it so I now have something to work on tomorrow :>)

This isn't exactly a 'weekend project', but it's sure worth the work.

P.S. I had help.

3.56??? its 4.09 here in the republic of Kalifornia.

I got the underneath totally power washed. I resealed up a seam on the roof with silicone. Changed out the wall lights with a oil rubbed bronze sconce. More tinkering next weekend.

Installing a Winegard Sensar Pro and trying to figure out why my outside TV and rear TV coaxes are tied together and where. I have a external TV coax in the entertain cabinet that does not ring to anything.

Installed a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher in 2005 Itasca Meridian 36G. A bit of a challenge but looks good and DW very happy.
