Winnebago's RV radio has a white & red female plugs dangling down from back of radio. Are these where I can plug in satelite radio jacks ?? I'd appreciate hearing from any radio guru's re this.
thanks, Ed

Don't be shy! You can call Winnebago Owner Realations directly and they will tell what the connections are for.

If the satellite radio has RCA output plugs on it, yes.

I run my DSS into my radio. I listen to the music channels. You just select the AUX mode on the radio.

AUX mode? AUX Mode!? I can't find that on my '03 RV Radio. Did I miss an Option?

Thudman, Looks like they started using an upgraded radio with the aux input on 8-17-03. I send a note to Magnadnye to see if I could get some info on the newer radio.

If you have the 9999 Magnadyne, and it doesnt have the remote on the steering wheel, it is a simple matter to add it. The factory replaced the radio in my 2004 with a 9999, and I added the remote.. About $25 parts, a drill and 1/2 hour labor. sure is handy to have..rgr..

I called Winnie Tech Service (866-653-4329) & they gave me the number for Magnadine (800-638-3600) and found out that the plugs in question are input - sat. radio or whatever.
