New Addition to my Sunstar LX 27N

Just finished installing this LED light strip from Amazon to the bottom of my awning cover. The LED's and the connector roll up with the awning and are so thin that there is no change to awning operation. The only modification I had to make was adding 30' to the 12VDC line that comes from the power supply that comes with the strip. I plug it into the outlet in my forward bay. The LEDs have a remote that lets you pick any color in the rainbow plus a number of different fading color changing routines. I wanted them mostly to light the eating area at night, but can be used for a party or holiday. The second photo shows the end of the LED strip and the short length of wire to the connector that the control module plugs into. The 12V line runs down the channel to the side of the coach, then underneath to the storage bay.

Great addition! My last two RVs had this standard and it was very useful. But mine were at the coach side of the awning. Nothing to roll up.
