Jensen JWM9A issue

The Jensen unit in my 2018 Travato only produces sound from one speaker. All connections are tight and sound only comes out of one speaker regardless of radio, CD, etc. I did swap the speakers and both produce sound when balance is set to “right” (nothing when set to “left”). Suggestions? Thanks!
