IR not working on surround sound
have a Itasca Ellipse 42qd. have the 4x4 matrix system. all i have is the matrix and blu ray/sound system. if i turn on AUX for surround system it works but remove will only control system if I point at box, i get nothing with pointing at IR's

any suggestions?
