I'm not understanding how the power supply can be your problem. Power is power, you either have it or you don't. If the lights light up, you have it.
Hopefully you prove me wrong.
The explanation that I got was that the power supply does not supply enough power. Hopefully I can prove you wrong It's been a while since I have been able to watch TV.

Ya maybe so. The post by jbmsr above that said his turned on then lights would fade would support that. I'll be anxious to hear. I may just be proactive and order the power supply for mine if it has been upgraded.
Ok... I got the power adapter from Pace International today. All is working. I now have DirecTV and DVD again. My lounge, bedroom and outside TV's are all on, for the last 5 hours. The matrix is working again. It was the power supply.
Thanks for all the posts. If your matrix is acting up - call Pace and get another adapter before getting a new matrix.

We have a 2014 Meridian 36M. HDMI output to the TVs started to get unreliable and eventually no signal was received.
Eventually talked to Audio General (262-288-0300). They informed me that the problem was most likely a bad power supply on the 4x4 matrix splitter. I ordered a new 5V/5A power supply and power cord. Problem fixed!
