Can anyone explain the TV in the 42E in the bedroom

I'm a little befuddled by the tv in the back of the 42e journey. Is it really simply flat against the wall where you can't see it from bed? or am I missing something.

The Samsung I put in the bedroom has a programable mode for viewing, lay back mode and stand up.

There is a strap under the TV that unlocks it so that it can be pulled on a swivel arm. Just make sure that when you are finished with the TV that it is locked back in place. Otherwise you will hear a sickening crunch and the replacement TV costs about $220 plus frustration!!!!!

Yeah I can only imagine! I might just have the mind to install a big tv in that closet there at the foot of the bed. We can move my 5 shirts over to watch it

Fin, how do you like your itasca? This year and model is on my short list. Only thing holding me back from really liking it is the tv in the bedroom

It's a great rig. Fantastic floor plan, plenty of room (we're full timers) lots of room in the shower, refer is fantastic, great mileage---about 8 mpg towing my jeep. I could go on forever.
Don't worry about the TV. As I said before, it pulls out and swivels so you can set it at any angle you want.

Jay,
The floorplan on the 2015's show the TV "in the closet" like the Tour and Ellipse. I don't know for sure if that is what they are really building.

Interesting. A new journey is my budget, but the new tour isn't. A two to 3 year old tour is though.

Jay,
I was not clear. The Meridian 2015 is showing the TV in the center with the drawers below. You don't need to buy the Tour or Ellispe. Look here:

The TV on the wall is a 28 inch that is standard. If you order it with the optional 32 inch bedroom TV it is mounted on the cabinets. You loose closet rod and gain drawers.
