Recently retired and now I’m a first time RV’er! Just purchased a 2023 Navion D, I’m Trying to capitalize on the inside storage and keeping the total weight top of mind. Can a bike rack be attached to hold bikes or e-bikes? Is there something out there to hold bikes and a cooler, small table top grill? Model, brands would be greatly appreciated.

You can buy E-bike carriers that fit into the rear trailer hitch. I think your trailer hitch has a straight-down weight limit of 500#.
You can even buy a dual-mount stinger to fit into the trailer hitch so you can pull a towed and carry the bikes on a carrier. Amazon is a consolidated place to view those things.
I've also seen them mounted on the front of the MH in a front-mounted trailer hitch bolted to the frame. One would really have to calculate the weights closely.
