We are looking at buying a new to us MH and the touch screen is not working (won't respond to touch). I can't find anything on this issue by doing a google search.. what are my options? thanks.

two immediate thoughts...

- are you sure the screen is a touch type
- have you tried cleaning the screen?

No, and no. Good questions! The owner said it was a touch screen.

try looking up the make and model number of the screen and see if it is a touch type.

Try disconnecting the power and reboot it. If that works, go into the settings and you may find a factory reset option. Good luck.
