We have the same model and I been looking as well online and other forums. The only thing I have found is in the cabinets above the TV, there are two rubber plugs that when pulled out give you access to two top bolts on the TV Stand. I stopped short of loosing these as can see that there are nuts on the underside of the mounts, and while I know I can loosen them And remove the TV, I am not sure if the nuts are stationary and will allow The bolts to be placed back.... So I am still looking!!

Also here is the wiring diagram for the TV as well

My only guess is some lift up or some u have to squeeze in for the release. My 2018 Forza 38W swings out but the one in the Bedroom that swings down from the ceiling is mounted tight so I lifted up some to hook up a cable for the satellite and it seemed to be lifting off the mounting bracket. When we moved into our new house last November we bought kits to mount 6 TVS, 4 were going to be mounted to a bracket on the wall before I realized it was best to install swing/tilt for all of them. Made things so much easier. Perhaps if you can get it off you might replace it with a swing one so it's easier to access in the future. Oddly the Manual doesn't even talk about the TV setup in the Living area.
