Has anyone besides me ordered the SAF-TTE system from Trucker Parts Store? I placed an order on the 24th of Jan. They charged my debit card on the 25th. All I've heard so far is excuses why they haven't filled the order. It's getting to be kinda old. Now they aren't answering the telephones.

I read on another forum that they informed one RVer they had decided not to sell to RVers any more because they were tired of complaints from RVers wondering where they orders were ...don't recall now if he said he had received his system or not. I emailed them for some info and never got a reply, so fortunately had not got around to placing an order!

May be time to contact your card issuer to see if you can get the charge reversed...

In a recent email, SAF-TTE announced they are getting out of the RV end of the business, and concentrating only on their core trucking business. There is a huge thread on rv.net about SAF-TTE TPMS complaints. Few have apparently received them. Most others seem to have the best luck contacting SAF-TTE by email at [email protected] , canceling their order and requesting a refund applied to their credit card. Good Luck!

Now they won't even respond to emails. Guess I'll just keep bugging them. I wonder if the truckers have problems with them too. I did receive the whinner type email---sounded as tho it had been written by a spoiled child. The next step is to dispute the charge.

When you get your money back, buy the Doran system like I was trying to steer you towards in your original thread.

There's a long (27 pages) thread about them here.

You might start reading the last page or 2, as there seems to be some promising news about the company. In the last few days it seem, those who have emailed "Tina" to request a cancellation, have received a credit back on their card the same or next day.

I bought a system from them, and it was shipped promptly. Problem is, I haven't installed it, because the sensors that I received (original style), are larger than will fit in the narrow slotted holes in the aluminum wheels that Winnegabo uses, and I haven't found any short (1") extensions.

Supposedly, the guy who owns the company is in China trying to get more systems to fill his orders. Not sure how that will work out. Best get your credit if you can.
