Tire covers for winter storage?

Just wanted to get some thoughts on using tire covers for when I leave our 22M parked in the driveway for the winter. I’m fairly certain it would help with UV protection for the tires, but are there any issues that may come up using them long term? They would be on from December-April.

Hi Ron,
I use them, and they also help keep the brake disks from rusting by preventing the rain from splashing upon them. I use waterproof covers.
Covering a 22M
Thanks, Eagle5

Yes tire covers do block UV rays from the sun. You want to inflate tires to sidewall maximum pressure and place something like plastic or wood blocks under them.
Ozone generators, like electric welders should not be used nearby for extended periods.
