In most cases the problem is the MH to Tow Bar/Toad relationship. Your MH is either pushing down or lifting the front end of the Toad which now changes the normal ride mode of your Toad. You need to ensure that during normal towing your MH is not adding or removing pressure from the front of your Toad.
You can do this by checking the normal ride height of your Toad before connecting it up and then checking the ride height after it is connected, make sure your MH is at normal travel height. DP's have to have the air bags inflated for normal travel.
If the Toad height changes when connected then correct it to give you Toad a neutral tow height.
