Switching from Shore Power

Another question from a new owner of a 2013 ERA 70. When I am on shore power I cannot get any of my tv,s radios, lights etc. to work. I go to start gen and I have to have engine running to start it and then everything works. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Do you have your Aux Battery Switch turned off? Needs to be "on."

If that's not the case, then need to start checking circuit breakers, GFI plugs etc. If those are ok, then we need to go deeper. Possible Inverter issue, etc.
