After purchase.

Before the purchase I was told it didn't have auto-leveling, but had a leveling system. I was okay with that.

You realize that Winnebago doesn’t make the leveling system and installs one manufactured by a 3rd party. So, I’d guess the issue didn’t originate with WBGO.

To keep your sanity, maybe don’t sweat the small stuff. There will be plenty of bigger issues in your still new RVing experience.

I know Winnebago doesn't manufacture the leveling equipment. But they "OWN" it once they select it and provide their stamp of approval for it.

I'll take care of my own sanity, thanks in advance, I don't need life advice from a Tin Star.

I don't see the arrows as being right or wrong. Both views are correct. It is a matter of how you view the system. Is your first reaction that it is a system to raise or lower the RV (in other words level the RV) or do you view it as jack extension/retraction system.

Again I don't see this as a right or wrong issue. There are lots of things in this world today that don't have to be right or wrong, if we take a little time look at them from both sides.

The up and down arrows are used for functions other than deploying or retracting the jacks. They are also used to scroll either "up" or "down" through the menu on the screen.

It's all covered in the manual that came with the coach
