After 10 years I would recommend you change the fluid.
...And yeah I know they say the HWH hydraulic fluid never needs changing, but I don't buy in that any more than I trust Allision who says their TES295 (Dexron III) fluid will last the life of the engine. (BS)
Specifically, the fluid itself may not breakdown, since there is no heat involved, but that does not mean you don't get moisture or rust or other debris in your lines that can cause other problems. So as part of my PM this last summer I changed all these "holes" with the help of a scavenge pump.
...And if you have a large steering pump and/or fan clutch reservoir that also takes Dexron III. ...And it's very difficult to add fluid in my engine bay where this reservoir is located.
So maybe you have several fluid change projects in your future, that will not cost you that much to do yourself. ...And maybe after you change your fluids you will notice some improvement like I did. ...You might not, but if you do you will become a believer that these "forever" fluids are only forever if we are talking about the original owner. I.e., how many owners has your RV had?
Here's a thread that will detail my suggestions on how to use a $20 12V scavenge pump to accomplish these tasks:

PS
While you are doing a PM on your HWH system, you might decide to add a ground wire to your HWH pump Motor. These things are notorious for having bad grounds. I also removed the two 5" screws and cleaned them to be sure I got the best ground I could. (Do this one screw at a time!)
